The Information Technology (IT) unit is committed to supporting and enhancing the institute’s academic and administrative initiatives and operations. We strive to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions to the campus community.

 

Office Locations & Support

The IT unit’s main office is located at the institute’s campus in Norman Park, Georgia.
Our IT offices provide a Help Desk to assist students, faculty, and staff.

IT Security Tips

We encourage everyone to take part in creating a safer online environment. Here are a few important tips:

• Keep a Clean Machine:
  Regularly update your security software, web browser, and operating system to protect against viruses, malware, and online threats.

• Protect All Devices:
  Secure not just computers, but also smartphones, gaming systems, and any web-enabled devices.

• Plug and Scan:
  Always scan USB drives and other external devices with your security software before opening files.

• Back It Up:
  Create electronic copies of your valuable files—such as documents, photos, and music—and store them safely.
